Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our Store S&H! We encourage you to give our product a try and are confident that you will be thrilled with it. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer satisfaction team. They will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure that you are completely satisfied with your product.

In the unlikely event that our product still doesn’t meet your needs, you can return it under our no-questions-asked return policy, subject to the conditions set out below. Please note that this policy only applies to items purchased directly from us on our website. For purchases made with any other distributor, please contact the relevant distributor for their return policy.

Damage Fee¹ If the original packaging is not returned, or if the goods or packaging are damaged or missing parts when we receive them, this may affect the return and refund process.
Conditions of Returne²
  1. Item(s) are returned in the Original Packaging in Excellent Condition
  2. Item(s) are completely Disassembled
  3. Item(s) are received in our warehouse within the 30-day validity timeframe
  4. Item(s) must be marked as “Returned Items
  5. You must provide us with the tracking details for the returned
    Item(s) within 7 days of initiating your return
  1. The process will be initiated within 14 business days after the returned item(s) pass our inspection.
  2. The refund will be processed using the same method of payment that was used for the initial transaction and will be credited to your account within a few days, depending on your bank’s policies.
  3. Please note that shipping costs paid by you when making your purchase will not be refunded.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital products and services
  • Items that have been altered or modified at the customer’s request
  • Items that are not in their original condition or are missing parts

To initiate the return process, please follow the instructions provided to you. You are responsible for ensuring that the items are returned to the correct location in good condition, including the original packaging. We are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during transit or rejected because they were sent to the wrong address.

For high-value items, we recommend paying for shipping insurance to protect against any loss or damage. You are responsible for filing any insurance claims with the carriers.

Please note that all refund amounts and return decisions made by Store S&H are final.

¹ If the returned items show signs of excessive wear and tear or damage beyond what is acceptably expected for you to try them out for suitability, or if there is damaged and cannot be used again, we reserve the right to reduce the amount of your refund to reflect any loss in the value of our items that we reasonably determine to have been caused by your handling of the items or the damage you caused to the items or their packaging.

²  Please note that we don’t accept returns after the 30-day timeframe. If an item is sent back after the 30-day window, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
